She joined the French Alpine Skiing Team in 1999. Over the seasons, Marion climbed up the World Cup rankings, especially in Downhill where she ranked 6th in the world at the end of the 2012 season. And it was on February 10, 2013 that she was crowned World Downhill Champion on the Schladming track: Marion, with bib number 22, ran the perfect race after all her main competitors for the title had passed. Marion ended her career in January 2015.
