Early opening of the slopes in Chamonix

Here is the good news of the day, the Compagnie du Mont Blanc has decided to open the slopes in advance for the Chamonix resort. So, spatulas because it's for this weekend.

Regarding the openings of the slopes, here is additional information from the Compagnie du Mont Blanc:

Following the snowfall, the cold temperatures of the last few days and the dynamic work of our teams; Compagnie du Mont-Blanc announces: the partial opening of the Les Grands Montets ski area, for two days, on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November. (subject to the latest technical operations in progress on the domain)

For day skiers, take advantage of a day ski pass at the unique special rate of €27, to make your first tracks of the season on this mythical area.

Open ski lifts:

  • The Argentière — Lognan cable car
  • The Plan Joran gondola
  • The Bochard gondola
  • The Marmottons chairlift

Open trails:

O Bochard

o Marmottons

  • Opening of the domain from 09:00

(cash registers open from 08:40 to 16:40)

  • Closing of the domain at 16:30

The partial opening of the Les Houches Saint-Gervais ski area, for two days, on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 November.

For day skiers, take advantage of a day ski pass at the special rate of €15 (single price)

Open ski lift:

o The Maisonneuve chairlift

Open track:

o Maisonneuve (black trail with 600m of altitude difference)

  • Opening of the domain from 09:00

(cash registers open from 8:50am to 4:00pm)

  • Closing of the domain at 16:00

Good deal:

Park your vehicles in the Chavants car park and use our shuttles: With the complicity of Mont-Blanc Bus, setting up free shuttles (capacity 22 people) which will rotate between 9 am and 4 pm between the Chavants car park and the Maisonneuve car park. Last return from Maisonneuve at 16:30.
