Booking terms and conditions

Any booking will be considered final after reception of a down payment of 30% of the stay’s total price.

Cancellation terms and conditions

  • In case of cancellation more than 7 days prior to arrival: down payment paid will be entirely refunded to the customer.
  • In case of cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, no-show, or shortened stay: 100% of the total price of the stay will be retained by the hotel.


No refund can be made in cases of cancellation of a stay benefitting from a discounted price of the “non-cancellable, non-refundable” kind.

Ombudsman – Dispute resolution

In conformance with article L. 156-1 of French Consumer Code, Temmos hotels offer their clients ombudsman services in accordance with the relevant mediation sector, MTV – MEDIATION TOURISME ET VOYAGE.

After having made a request from Temmos hotels’ customer services and having gone 60 working days without a satisfying answer, a customer can bring the matter to the Tourism and Travel ombudsman, of whom the details and conditions are available on the website:
