The trip is made in two stages: the first section leads you to the Plan de l’Aiguille (2300 m), and the second one flies over the glacier des Pèlerins, as well as the north face of the Aiguille.

This cable car will allow you to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Mont Blanc. And don’t worry, many measures are taken depending on the weather conditions to ensure passenger safety all year round.

Book at the right time!

Are you looking forward to a new experience at high altitude? However, do not forget to choose a suitable period. It should be noted that the site is opened from mid-December to mid-March (8:10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.), from mid-March to the end of May (8:10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.), from late May to mid-June (8:10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) and from mid-June to early July (7:10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). L’aiguille du midi is also opened from July to mid-August (6h10 to 18h), from mid-August to late August (7h10 to 17h30), in September (8h10 to 17h30) and in October (8h10 to 16h30).

The site is normally closed from November to mid-December, but occasional closures are also possible depending on wind and weather conditions, due to safety reasons. So remember to choose your lunch needle rate according to the length of your stay and the period that suits you best!
